Made by the Westmoreland Glass Company in the 1930's .

This is the elusive , rare , hard to find color. Apparently they didn't make many in this color.

 

“Excellent Antique Condition " for the items age. Can not feel , see or find any flea bits, chips or any blemishes with this glass candy bowl or lid. There is no mark on the bottom of the base.” There are some air bubbles trapped in the glass about the piece.

 

Overall the bowl 8-1/4" long x 6-5/8" wide . From the base to highest part to the shell , it is apx 6-3/4" tall . The hexagon foot is apx 3-7/8" in diameter.  This exquisite candy dish from Westmoreland is a delightful addition to any collection.
