"Excellent Vintage Condition " for the items age. Can not feel , see or find any flea bites, chips, or cracks  with this top hat.   Made before Fenton started putting their makers mark in the glass.

The top hat stands 2-5/8" tall x 3-1/2" long and 3-3/8" wide ( top brim).
