The steel strikers are hand forged from old files. They are well tempered and each one is tested for spark by the maker and we test each one before packing and shipping to you.

They are guaranteed to spark if you use the proper technique for striking fint and steel.

Made from high carbon steel. Please keep in mind that these are hand forged and will have some surface rust due to the quenching process.

Striker face is apx 2" length x 1/8" width.

Total length of striker apx 3-1/2" (top of handle to bottom of striker) x 1-1/2" width (striker face to outside of handle).

Because they are hand forged, stated measurements will vary,, some could be shorter or longer, wider or narrower, thicker or thinner, but not limited to the stated above....... pulled at random.
