It is part of the Classic Hobnail Collection. 
 
“Excellent Vintage Condition " for the items age. Can not feel , see or find flea bites, chips or cracks with the set.
There is no L.E. glass makers mark on the bottom of the bowl.
 
The sugar bowl measures apx 2-1/2" tall x 5-1/2" wide at the handles x 3-3/4" wide without the handles. The creamer measures apx 3" tall x 3-1/4" wide x 5" from handle to end of spout.
