These hats were filled with hand cream initially but were designed to be repurposed as ashtrays or toothpick holders.

"Excelent Vintage Condition " for the items age. Can not feel , see or find any flea bites, chips , or cracks  with this top hat.   There is no makers mark on the hat.

It Measures apx. 2-1/2" tall x 3-3/8" across the brim  and 2-1/4" across the bottom.
