Almost "Excellent Vintage Condition "  for the items age. Can not feel any chips, cracks or crazing in the set. No Repairs. Gold trim is worn in some spots as to be expected as to items age.Both pieces are stamped with the Merit maker's mark, as well as hand painted and occupied Japan on the bottom of them. 

The cup measures approx. 2" tall, 3-7/8" across, and 4-4/5" across at the handle.
