“Good Condition, There are flea bites and some small chips on all four of the napkin rings but they are still very nice looking. All of the paint is still in great shape. No large chips and no cracks in any of them.”
This set of 4 Westmoreland Satin Blue hand painted napkin rings from the 1970s features a floral pattern in a hexagon shape.
