“In  Very Very Good Condition " for the items vintage age. There are a couple slight flea bits on the upper outer lip . They are very hard to see, and very hard to feel them.  Other than this, Can not feel , see or find chips, cracks, crazing., any other flea bits or any blemishes with the toothpick holder.  There is no makers mark on the bottom.
