“In "Excellent Condition " for the items vintage age. Can not feel , see or find chips, cracks, crazing or any blemishes (other than a very small discolored spot on the bottom inside - more than likely from the manufacturing process) with the toothpick holder. The Westmoreland's makers mark is on the bottom.
