Made by the Westmoreland Glass Company during the 1970's era.

"Very Very Good Vintage Condition " for the items age. Can only find one slight "flea bit" which is located at the very top edge of the handle. The is some slight ware on the frosted glaze on the back of the bell. ( looks like tape was on it at one time and took some of the frosting away ).. other than this .. Can not feel , see or find chips, crack or any blemishes with this glass bell or painting .

Over all the bell is apx 4-1/2" tall  x 2-1/8" in diameter at the base . The handle is apx 1/2" wide at the hexa shape top.  This Westmoreland frosted glass bell is stunning addition to any glassware collection.
