This Waterford Crystal Angel Ornament 2nd Edition was made in Ireland in 2003.  It Measures aprox 3-1/2" tall x 1-7/8" widest part with an apx 1" thick body.  It features an angel playing a mandolin.  It is part of the Waterford annual angel ornament collection.  It comes in the original Waterford red velvet bag and a red velvet box and the cardstock sleeve.  It also has a red ribbon attached for hanging and had the original Waterford green & gold sticker attached.
